\n Welcome to NRA2Z Construction<\/strong>. By engaging our services for any renovation, construction, or maintenance work, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.\n <\/p>\n

1. Quotations & Estimates<\/h3>\n

\n All quotations provided by NRA2Z Construction are valid for a period of 30 days<\/strong> from the date of issue. After this period, we reserve the right to adjust prices based on current material costs in Malaysia.\n <\/p>\n

2. Payment Terms<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Deposit:<\/strong> A non-refundable deposit (typically 40-50%) is required to confirm the booking and purchase materials.<\/li>\n
  • Progress Payments:<\/strong> For larger projects, payments will be scheduled in stages as work progresses.<\/li>\n
  • Final Payment:<\/strong> The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    3. Changes & Variations<\/h3>\n

    \n Any changes to the agreed scope of work requested by the client after the project has started will be treated as a Variation Order<\/strong>. Additional costs for materials and labor will apply and must be agreed upon in writing (or WhatsApp confirmation) before the extra work begins.\n <\/p>\n

    4. Project Timeline<\/h3>\n

    \n We strive to complete all projects on time. However, NRA2Z Construction shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including bad weather, supplier shortages, or government restrictions.\n <\/p>\n

    5. Warranty & Defects<\/h3>\n

    \n We provide a warranty period (as specified in your quotation) for workmanship defects. This warranty does not cover<\/strong>:\n <\/p>\n

    • Normal wear and tear.<\/li>\n
    • Damage caused by misuse or lack of maintenance.<\/li>\n
    • Work altered by other contractors or the homeowner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      6. Governing Law<\/h3>\n

      \n These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia<\/strong>. Any disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.\n <\/p>\n
